How To Submit a Report

If you have encountered a bug, we are sorry to hear about this! Please report it. If you have a feature suggestion, or an idea that can help dating/relationships generally more, we also want to hear it! All suggestions are important to us.

To submit a bug report, do the following. First, open up the Connect To Me app. Click on the "profile" icon in the tab.

In the "General Help" section click on "Help & Feedback."

Next, click on "Give Feedback/Report Problem" as shown in the image below.

Go ahead an fill up the form on that page. When describing your bug or feature suggestion, try to be as specific as possible. Especially for bugs, we need to be able to replicate the situation, so describe carefully what you did that got you to the bug.
