Web Platform

What We Collect

We exclusively store your encrypted conversation data. This allows you to revisit your chats across sessions. We only use essential cookies for authentication, not tracking.

How We Use It

Your data is for your eyes only. We do NOT use your conversations to train our AI models, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Fraud Prevention Logs

We maintain a Usage Record that logs high-level feature access (e.g., "User accessed Simulator"). This does not record the content of your actions, only that a premium feature was used, solely to handle refunds and prevent fraudulent chargebacks. These records are maintained as proof of service delivery.

Encryption & Deletion

All chat logs are encrypted at rest in our database. You have full control:

  • Individual conversations can be deleted by you at any time.
  • Closing your account permanently wipes all your data from our database.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

We believe in your right to be forgotten, balanced with our need to protect the platform from financial fraud:

Free Users: Closing your account results in an immediate and permanent purge of all data from our active databases.

Premium Users: Upon closure, your personal conversations are wiped immediately. However, your account is marked "Deactivated" and your email, Stripe ID, and Usage Records are retained for 120 days solely for fraud detection and dispute resolution. After 120 days, all remaining data is completely purged.

AI Processing & Privacy

To give you world-class dating advice, we use enterprise-grade AI models (via Google Cloud Vertex AI). In case we hit the quota on our end to make calls to this model and you are a premium user, we use a fallback model GrokAI. While your prompts travel to their secure servers to generate a response, they are processed as stateless requests. This means the providers (Google Cloud or xAI) do not use your data to train their global models.

Your data remains yours—neither Google or xAI store your conversations for their own use, and no human reads your chats.

Objection: Object to our processing of your data based on legitimate interests.

Compliance & Disclosures

Secure Payments

All transactions are handled via Stripe. Connect To Me LLC never sees or stores your credit card numbers. We only receive a "token" and billing metadata (like your email) to manage your subscription.

Data Controller & Basis

Connect To Me LLC (Washington, USA) is the Data Controller for your information. Our legal basis for processing is Contractual Necessity (to provide the service you paid for) and Legitimate Interest (fraud prevention and platform security).

No Third-Party Sales

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Period. We believe your personal life is not a product. We only share data with "Sub-processors" (Google, xAI, Stripe) necessary to run the tool.

International Standards

We aim for GDPR and CCPA standards by ensuring data minimization, user control, and encryption by default.
