All subscriptions and transactions are processed by Connect To Me LLC. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and our primary Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

At Connect To Me, our AI services consume immediate high-cost computing resources (tokens) upon use. Because of this "instant consumption" nature, we have established the following refund criteria to be fair to both our users and our operational costs:

The "Low Usage" Window

Because AI processing costs are incurred immediately, all sales are generally final. We offer a courtesy refund only if: (a) requested within 48 hours of the initial transaction, AND (b) you have sent fewer than 5 total messages to the AI coach since the start of the current billing cycle.

Technical Failures

If a confirmed technical bug on our end prevented you from accessing the service you paid for, we will issue a full or partial refund regardless of message count.

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

For users in the EU/UK: By subscribing and initiating an AI chat session, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessed.


Subscription & Billing

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Connect To Me does not store your credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled.

Easy Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

Notice on Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks (disputing a valid transaction with your bank) may result in the permanent ban of your account and the blacklisting of your payment method across our platform.
